Right now, we are
seeking an **Executive Assistant** , based at Western Union's Digital headquarters
in San Francisco, California.

+ Performscoordination and administrative duties for Sr Management (Director andabove - see minimum requirements for scope/size).
+ Overseesthe executive's schedule, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conferencecalls, etc.
+ Mayperform additional duties in support of the organization, includingprocurement activities, communications, site or group initiatives, etc.
+ Workrequires some analysis and use of resourceful and independent judgmentwith frequent access to confidential and highly complex information.
+ Is knowledgeable of corporate policy and maybe called upon to interpret and communicate the Executive's intent toother managers
**What you will need to succeed:**
+ Apassion for technology and fluency in all word products: excel, word, powerpoint
+ Reports to Sr Management or an Executive(typically support VP and/or SVP level and/or multiple Director levelpositions).
