Mandatory Qualifications:
• Two to three years experience working in a clinic or doctor’s office

• Perform data entry and upkeep on the Juilliard Health Services Database

• Manage in-coming and out-going mail and facsimile transmissions
• Maintain proper file system for daily lab, x-ray and outside practitioner reports

• Respond to student and alumnae requests for medical records
• Page Medical Director as needed by practitioners

Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Studio Manager for our creative team. To be successful in this position, candidates must have the proven ability to research and develop an in-depth understanding of the design and architecture field in order to identify and drive new business opportunities for Studio Dror. You will be required to manage/develop Studio Dror’s business strategy and determine project budgets alongside our agent and part-time accountant. Candidates must also already have or be able to develop an extensive network of contacts and/or relationships to generate new leads and manage pipelines, as well as maintain relationships with key clients, vendors and manufacturers and understand the demand drivers of target markets. This person will also represent Studio Dror at industry-sponsored events and client meetings.

More specific task will include:
- Accounting, invoicing clients.
- Dealing with and managing potential clients, event planning.
- Maintaining a warm and courteous environment in the studio

Requirements:
An MBA or Similar degree in Business Management, Finance Entrepreneurship or Marketing preferred, with at least 3 years business development-related experience in a small-business (creative/design setting). Candidates with Bachelor's Degrees and at least 5 years experience will also be considered. Strong writing and communication skills. Solid computer skills (including practical business experience); spreadsheet software mandatory (QuickBooks), additional database programs or statistical packages preferred. Knowledge of and practical experience in the creative/design field are mandatory. Language skills a plus.
