Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-You must be able to speak, read, and write English very clearly
-Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
-Must pay very close attention to detail
-A polished and professional appearance is necessary at all times
-Prepares regular mail and any overnight shipments
-Keeps office stocked of all needed supplies
-Creates reports to document origins of leads and any other information relating to new clients
-Logs new clients in our online management system
-Keeps contact information up to date
-Files paperwork and keeps all documentation highly organized
-Follows up on outstanding business
-Assist sales manager at all times.
-Must be able to interview asap

Compensation: $12-$15 per hour with bonus, pd holidays & vacation and partial health benefits

Job description:

Qualifications:
• High school degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting; call center experience is highly desired
• Able to type 35 wpm while maintaining strict accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
• Clear and concise English speaking and writing skills
• Good business writing skills
